Refund policy

At TinyLotus.pk, we care about your satisfaction and want you to love every purchase.
If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

• You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

• For hygiene reasons, innerwear and accessories cannot be returned.

• To start a return, please contact us at support@tinylotus.pk or via WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds / Exchanges

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status.

• Approved returns will be refunded as exchanged for another product.

• Cash refunds are only issued if the item is out of stock.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will replace or exchange it immediately.
